Once you have seen a property that interests you, you should view it as soon as possible. Our company rules are that until a deposit is paid on a property it remains on sale. Add to this the fact that in Greece sole agency on a property is very very unlikely and you can see why you need to move fast.
Our preferred method of dealing with you is our Relaxed Viewing Visit, however we are able to cope with any requirement that you may have for your visit. We are more than happy to book accommodation in either hotels or apartments that we recommend and can meet up with you anywhere in the East Crete region. We can also organise a hire car for you, should you wish. If you wish to make your own arrangements we recommend Crete Travel. If you have any special needs please let us know before we book any accommodation for you.
Relaxed Viewing Visit
We find that we achieve the best results with customers who take the Relaxed Viewing Visit approach. The visit consists of two parts:
We meet you, wherever you are staying, the night before the viewing visit. We take you away from the tourist areas, to dinner in one of the top class restaurants that local people would use. Over a relaxed meal with good food and fine wines we can talk about what it is like to live here, answer any general questions that you may have, find out what you are really looking for and help you in any way that we can. Dinner over, we return you to your accommodation and then our real work starts, planning the next day in order to optimise the time you spend looking at property with us.
The following morning we collect you and make sure that you are happy with the itinerary that we have planned for you. Then we set off. We aim to finish by mid-afternoon as we know how tiring visiting multiple properties can be in the heat. If we can, and you wish, we will stop for a swim with lunch. Then we return you to your accommodation, review what you have seen and tell you what the next steps are, should we have shown you anything that you like.
